CRACK FILLING
We use STAR STA-FLEX Trowel Grade to fill cracks in your asphalt that are at least 1/2″ wide. STAR STA-FLEX Trowel Grade is a heavy bodied patching and repair product that was specifically designed for repairing excessively cracked asphalt surfaces. STAR STA-FLEX Trowel Grade is a flexible compound formulated with asphalt emulsion, fortified with specialty polymers, reinforcing fibers and mineral fillers that combine to produce a tough and durable mastic type filler. STAR STA-FLEX Trowel Grade protects problem areas from further water and other contaminant penetrations with a long lasting, flexible.
PATCHING
UPM Commercial Grade Cold Mix is an industry standard that will outlast the surrounding asphalt in typical weather and wear conditions. Aquaphalt is made of high-strength crushed stone aggregate (such as crushed granite) mixed with a proprietary, eco-friendly, plant-based reactive binder. Unlike traditional cold-patch asphalt, it contains no toxic petroleum solvents, no VOCs (volatile organic compounds), and relies entirely on water activation to harden permanently.
